"I have been under the care of Dr. Pachtman at this location for the last 5 or 6 years. He has been great. He is very straight forward and professional. Occasionally he has to call me to update me on the results of blood tests etc. He is always prompt.. He is a straight shooter and tells me like it is. If I need to change my habits, diet, weight (which I do from time to time) he is clear and direct. I really like that in a Dr. He also takes a few minutes after the examination to chat with me and get to know me. I find that refreshing. This has not been my experience in the past."

"Terrible, the staff wasn't bad, but the doctor was unbelievably pompous, to the point that he was unprofessional. He implied that I was lying about a current treatment plan that I am on. He asked where I was being treated and when I told him, he rolled his eyes and said, "Well than your not getting treatment." His attitude fit how he looked, old and wrecked. I would highly advise not to utilize this clinic. I was only there for an employer paid pre-employment clearance, and felt like I should of been given a refund for wasting my time. All that after waiting in an examination room for about 45 minutes. One star for the guy at the front desk, very polite and attentive. Negative stars for the doctor."

"I have been going to this place 11 years to take a yearly test for fitness for life. The staff has always been very nice and knowledgeable. The place is very clean. Overall everyone is very helpful, and they always validate my parking. They are efficient and try to have my test done in a timely fashion. Also, recently in the last year or so, the whole building outdoors and indoor hallways had a makeover. I will attach a picture."

"The star rating is for the rude Mexican girl at the front. No greeting, no asking if I have appt or anything. Keep in mind, this is for an employer. All she told me was to sign in and have a seat. As you can see from my attached photos, there were no other people in the waiting room. They all started to pour in after I was sitting for a while.So I comply, being that I was early for my 3:30 PM appointment. After I saw 3:20 PM approaching I went back to the desk and then at that time she attempts to give me a form to fill out. After she saw the forms that I had then she said I didn’t need to complete that form. There was also a guy who looks Mexican and he was not the most friendliest either. This same guy had me to sign a form of consent and I noticed it said there would be a possible urine test. OK, no problem. So I waited for more than an hour and then finally I asked a woman if I had to do that test and she said no. It would have been nice if that jerk said something and I didn’t have to just wait and hold it. Most professional people will greet you and ask you how you are doing or something of that nature. He was rough with everyone and it really is a bad book for this establishment. So after I did my assessment waiting (and not being provided with any type of updates) I was finally placed in a room to speak with the doctor. That took another 25 or 30 minutes. So I made up a lie and told the woman at the front desk I had to go to work at 6 PM and I wanted to know how much longer it would be. So overall, Dr Reiss was pretty nice and easy going. The guy probably just wanted to go home, like myself, and relax. It’s terrible that a government establishment with contract place where the staff behave as if you are a burden. I’m sorry for that doctor because he has a bunch of imbeciles working for him."

"So I was there for a medical examination for a job. I was scheduled for 3:30 and I got there at 3. I ended up leaving at 6:30! 3 whole hours and 2 of them were waiting. That is unacceptable. On top of that, the doctor that saw me was so incredibly rude! He complained that he had somewhere to go, but IVE BEEN HERE FOR 3 HOURS! He kept blaming me for this scheduling error that was the offices fault...not mine. The whole time, he was rushing through the examination and not being thorough. Bitter man and I hope he gets fired. The receptionist was nice though."
