"Scheduling with KMC is a NIGHTMARE. They don’t ever answer their phones, they always have “mistakes” with the schedules, they never have the DR schedules; it’s always something! It’s frustrating to have top notch insurance and deal with such incompetence. I wish my dr would have never joined this medical group. My Dr is great, the medical group in general, or whoever is in charge of scheduling, is terrible. This place needs a major change or they will continue to lose clients. Really disappointing in this type of client care."

"They never answer calls or remember why you called them twice that same day. Forget to call your meds. It's ridiculous!!"

"Be careful with your appts, they always have students training. They send them in, question you, then doctor comes in verify their analysis. Be careful with Cardiology dept. I moved my care out of Kern Medical. The Referral dept, just as bad, they put you the bottom of the list. They Should be Processed in the Order it was received (date & time) Not by your name."

"Great facility, nurses and doctors. It's clean and the waiting area is hardly crowded. I go here for urogynecology and it's the best place in town in my experience."
