"The city needs to drastically review the service of these so called nurses. These people have no sence of being compassionate nor being in any sence helpful to their community. I understand there are processes and proper paperwork to be filled but this is why these people are there for… to help! These nurses/office clerks do not have the right to belittle anyone for any reason. If its a question of training that is not the communitys fault. Whoever is in charge needs to seriously review these women’s responsibilities and properly train them to ensure all patients are truly being treated correctly. I hope this review reaches the county and I ask for anyone in the community of carpinteria to also speak out and help this review reach the proper personnel so that these people be removed from this clinic."
