"We went to Via Cuba to purchase a plane ticket for my mother-in-laws visit. The ticket was purchased we told them how long the visit was for (3 months). They claimed that the company with which they purchased the plane ticket was going out of business or was going to stop flights to Cuba. So we had to purchase the ticket then change the date. Bottom line we ended up paying about $500 additional dollars on top of the $800 for the ticket. I think they took advantage of the fact that dealing with Cuba flights can be difficult and took our money. Will never go to them again."
