"Worst service on LA this is a tourist trap. The brochure is designed so you think the bus will pick you at certain time but it’s not. My family were left behind at Sta Monica and the bus drivers were not helpful"
"NOTICE: Hop on/ off Tour is NOT NARRATED at all! It is COMPLETELY SILENT and you must look online to see the route stops, as there weren’t any handouts route posted. The driver NEVER ever announced where we were. You must constantly look down at your phone to see where you are and where you are stopping, because nothing is spoken, the driver was 100% mute. We never had a clue where we were stopping or where we were. There is NO TOUR GUIDE. Driver never once told us what stop we were at. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING A “TOUR”! It is merely a BUS RIDE around a loop, just like the city buses. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN."
