"I had been an AAA club member for a long time. Recently, I went to the auto club in Torrance office and got free tour books & maps. Being a member, you could get free towing services. Then, if you leave a key in the car & lock the door, they will open the car for you. One time, I had a problem with starting my car, and I needed to get a new battery. They had the battery services. I purchased a new battery from them. Then, they brought the new battery and installed it for free. It was convenient that I bought it from the Auto club. It was $156 with free instalation & 5 years of warranty. Then, if you have problem with the battery, they could bring you a new battery with no charge. Also, you could get many discounts on hotels, rental cars, movie theaters, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farms, Magic Mountain, Sandiego Zoo, retal stores, and many other places. I would like to recommend everyone to Auto Club membership. They offer many free services such as free towing services and battery services. Then, you can get free tour books & free maps. Also, you can get discounts from many places."

Who failed to keep her word after handing me her business card, and stating she would help resolve several pending issues, that AAA has failed to follow up on since I made the switch to AAA in February! Unreal how AAA is no longer what is used to be, and the horrific representation that's now taking place over the phone, via email, and at the Torrance office! Beware! You'll be paying for a service you won't receive!"

"Just called in 5 mins ago to ask for instructions of selling a car. A gentleman from business department seemed mad with my questions and hung up while I was talking, that surprised me. Called back the 2nd time to continue but he did the same thing. I believe AAA records customer's calls. Bad experience anyway. Been with AAA since 2005."
