I had gone to physical therapy down in Santa Barbara for a number of sessions which did not help. Recently, I decided to try again, and had the good fortune to get connected to Andrew, the owner of Accelerate.PT. In two sessions, I was not only pain-free(and have remained so) but I shaved a full minute off of my time running a mile. Andrew is very knowledgeable, kind, funny and innovative. As far as I’m concerned, he worked a miracle, for which I am VERY grateful. The office is very well-run and welcoming and the manager, Joy, is super efficient at scheduling.
