"Absolutely horrible. Do not book through them. Reply - I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recent events surrounding my account and an unauthorized purchase. I have encountered several issues that need your immediate attention. Firstly, I would like to bring to your notice that the emails related to cancellation were being sent to an inactive email address, which I do not use. This has caused a significant delay in my ability to address the situation promptly. Secondly, I have evidence proving that I was not present at the specified address during the time in question. Additionally, I did not sign any consent forms or confirmations with your company, and this should have been taken into consideration before denying my refund request. I feel that my side of the story has not been given proper consideration, and the denial of the refund adds to my frustration. During the weekend in question, I was in Yosemite, where I had no cellular service, making it impossible for me to be aware of any issues or charges until after the fact. This has adversely affected my financial situation, as the amount in question is substantial. I want to emphasize that the unauthorized purchase not only went against my plans but has also put a significant strain on my finances.
