"On august 12/2023 I went to emergency room for treatment of frequent headaches and throat problems. After waiting 4 hours, saw doctor. 3 blood tests and blood pressure. They had no answer for this only to recommend another doctor. When I arrived tried to give incompetent receptionist my medicare card . A few does later got a bill for self pay for $2900. I told them my medicare number and still am receiving bills. Callled medicare, who told me it should have been paid. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for the incompetence shown by the staff ."

"Just an FYI to registration- I can hear you when you put me back on hold and you say, "I'm trying to get the Hell out of here, " before hanging up. The person who answers the main phone is kind however. Apparently the calls go through a call center according to the nurse I finally talked to but yeah. You probably shouldn't be outsourcing your local calls to a local doctor's office."

"I went in for routine lab work for my pregnancy. The phlebotomist was so rude for no reason. She heard me telling my bf how I don’t mind the needle I just don’t like the after effects of feeling dizzy and she still rushed me out of the chair once she put the gauze and tape on. At Pacific Diagnostics laboratory they’re always so nice and make sure to tell you to sit for a second so you don’t get light headed . I should add that I had an appointment and there was only one person waiting after me. I personally would enter work in the medical field because I lack compassion, and I would advise others who lack compassion to also choose a different career path. I get better customer service and care at the DMV. The receptionist was super nice though ! I will not be returning here."

"These people are soo mean and disrespectful. I have an infection , they denied me any antibiotics!!! They should be sued!! Before I said what was wrong with me the 1st question was what insurance I have I said cencal, then he asked ? When is it affective I said November 1st , then he said sorry but nothing will help me. And said no antibiotics. They totally denied me I'm a new patient! . I guess money is more important than anyone health!!! The worst!!"

"My first impression: $$ is the number one priority here. Called for an appointment as a new patient. First question: What insurance do you have? (How is that relevant to whether or not an appointment is available?) Never even asked what the issue was. Answer: CenCal. Reponse: No appointments until February 2022. I hate to post a negative review however this really enlightened me on health care as it is (or is not) today. And I suspect this is the way it is everywhere now."
