"As always, friendly greeting from the front desk, short wait for appointment, excellent technician, and knowledgeable and informative doctor (Dr Nelson). I then went to the optical shop and got superb service there. Found some new frames, ordered new lenses , all with a nice, friendly, knowledgeable Mary. One stop, better vision! Once again an excellent experience. My tests, though trying for me, were successful thanks to a patient and understanding technician. The doctor's consultation was informative and helpful. I really like this place, for my eyes' sake. Thank you."

"They have arbitrarily changed (canceled) their weekend hours. Only recently updating their front window but not google (I suggested an update to the google machine). Previously closed on sat for three day weekend, frustrating but they get two stars for my failure to check (calling) before driving down."

"Dr. Nelson and All his staff gave me extraordinary care when I had an unusually bad reaction to an eye pressure test. Wen I felt somewhat faint, the assistant had me lie down on a cushioned bench seat and constantly attended to my needs, bringing water and a pillow. They constantly talked to me to make sure I was okay. And the doctor checked on me multiple times. After about 40 to 45 minutes I felt well enough to first sit up and then to walk and go home. Their care is way beyond what I would expect. Thank you!"
