"DO NOT GO HERE! Staff is rude and incompetent. They weren't thorough and did not catch an issue that should have been completely obvious. It was life threatening and if I hadn't gone to the doctor the next day I would have ended up in the hospital. Do not work with Figs or Cynthia. I don't know how they are even allowed to practice in the medical field. I would give zero stars if Google gave the option."

"The PA is a lovely woman. She was able to speak with me in an understanding and thorough manner. I came away from my experience with her with a clear understanding of how to move forward. The attending staff were curt, unhelpful, and did not listen to or take note of the entirety of my needs & symptoms. Continually being told what I must understand or the type of clinic this was in & it's purpose. There are many inaccuracies in the information on my chart. The misleading information is detrimental to the attending physicians ability to properly diagnose any current health concerns. It's a timely & costly process to go through, explain & correct. I am giving the 5 star review based entirely on the PA. I fully understand the nature of being understaffed and the pressures that holds."
