"So when my glasses broke a couple months ago, this was the nearest eye doctor which accepted my medical/vision insurance benefits. Everything paid for by my plan with a $0 co-pays. Sounds good so far... Had to wait 1 month for my appointment. They said it was the soonest they could schedule me. After my appointment, I had to wait another month while they "ordered" my glasses. I'm pretty sure they should have had them the same day as my eye exam. After picking up my glasses, they are not the frames which I chose at my eye exam, and they have cheap lenses in them, which are dangerous. They don't have UV protection which all lenses should have. Did they charge my insurance for the pair I ordered and just pocket the difference or what? The staff must have drank too much Kool-Aid at their cult or whatever."
