"Scheduling here is very easy and efficient. I have no problems with the doctors, they provide the care they can with the vast number of patients in the area. I wanted to write my review to give patients a heads up that they charge $25 for them to fill out any form, no matter how long or how short. They also will not tell you about this until AFTER the form is done. This happened me recently and was pretty much the last straw with FCPP. I’ve been an RN for over 10 years, I know we pay a large amount of money for medical care. To be charge an EXTRA $25 for a PG&E form that I know takes 2 minutes is pretty ridiculous. It’s just another way of the system gouging patients for money, forgetting that people are humans, and another roadblock to patients getting the help they need. I am not about this which is why I chose to leave FCPP."
