"So, I had two procedures done almost a month ago. I have no issues with the procedures or bedside manner or anything like that. However, waiting almost a month for the results is really angering me. I have sent emails through the patient portal and called them without getting my results. I shouldn’t have had to call or email at all to get my results."

"Dishonest. They charged me $25 for a form that took them 2 minutes to fill out. They also don't tell you about the fee until AFTER the form is done. So they basically strong arm patients into paying. I’ve been an RN for over 10 years, I know we pay a large amount of money for medical care. To be charge an EXTRA $25 for a PG&E form that I know doesn't even take 5 minutes is pretty ridiculous. It’s just another way of the system gauging patients for money, forgetting that people are humans, and another roadblock to patients getting the help they need."

"Horrific experience. My first physician was fired. My second spent 12 minutes with me, rude, condescending, judgmental--wrote off any concerns I had regarding a pre-diagnosis of Fibromyalgia--glad I left and found a caring internist outside this awful network."

"For-profit mega-conglomerate owned by the greedy org called Tenet. As an RN, BS, both Tenet & FCPP go against my principles & every I stand for."
