"Run by a bunch of idiots that don’t know how to care or do there job properly the staff is completely incompetent and will not transfer you to anyone in the right ward if u enjoy playing hot potato trying to get ahold of your loved ones this is the place for you even the head nurse was so incompetent she couldn’t get it right after 2 hours I still was no where closer to speaking to a patient and the only helpful person was the front desk lady and all she could do was apologize because they don’t hire real staff they just pick up idiots off the street and give them scrubs if you want to make you mental health worse go here they can’t keep track of patients and they don’t care if you eat or are actually receiving care they will not confirm the medication you are on the “trained” medical idiots will just give you what ever suits them best even though they have access to all the info they will not follow up after your stay in this joke of a hospital at all because they don’t care about you they just want the money an outstanding example of the problems with American health care please take your self or your loved ones somewhere else if u want real help this place only makes it worse"

"There was this nurse named mani who was very rude. She would try to assert her dominance by belittling the patients around. When I was alone in the room while the nurses were doing rounds she came in judging me for whatever I was doing and made rude comments on my looks and appearance. She would also try to target and embarrass me in the day room practically to the point of crying by threatening to tell everyone about my “incident”. (This very much was not an incident I was goofing off with a comb). Everything about this place is honestly messed up. There was a staff member who truly did change my life though. I was crying once after getting in trouble and disciplined for something I didn’t do and a staff member hugged me and sat there while I cried in her arms. She told me that I was the prettiest girl she’d ever seen and I shouldn’t be embarrassed about anything. She stayed with me for a long period of time to make sure I was okay, giving me reassurance, and even got me water and a heating pad. Honestly her hug and talk really did make a difference. I’m not going to name drop her because I know the hugging thing isn’t allowed, but to the nurse if you’re ever reading this, I really do love you and thank you for everything you did and I wish I could’ve said goodbye ❤️❤️ Also get better food, the food here was so nasty it literally forced me into an eating disorder"

"If I could give negative 5 stars I seen patients being abused mentally and physically by staff (PLEASE BE CAREFUL THEY WILL ABUSE THEIR PATIENTS) that would not only be kept involuntarily and keep people against their will when they are very much capable to go back with their loving families and are ready they keep them there for longer knowing that they will receive more money for each day a patient is there it’s inhumane!!!!! And frankly someone needs to contact the medical board and drop a hint to this hospital please stay far away from them and listen to the other reviews for they will permanently try to alter people’s lives!!!!"

"Overall my stay at the Fremont hospital was very pleasant. The staff was really sweet and understanding of everyone’s inconveniences. They were very patient with me and understood I needed someone time to come out and socialize. Johnathan was a great staff member. He was very sweet and helpful when it came to giving advice. Overall I would recommend."

"Wasn’t a patient at the hospital but whoever was working front desk 1/21 at 9pm was really rude. I called twice and the second time, an hour later, she said “I’m gonna give you the number for that unit so you don’t have to call MY office every time.” In an agitated voice. Like lady, this is your job.. Didn’t have an issue with any other front desk workers. We’re all just trying to speak to our loved ones."
