"This urgent care is completely unprofessional and unorganized and so much more. From the front office staff gossiping instead of taking in patients to the back office staff calling people out of order for drug test. It’s first come first serve. And yet they call who ever they feel like. The staff are very rude they don’t acknowledge you and will completely ignore you. I’m shocked that this is a running urgent care with their poor patient services"

"If you are coming here for a drug screening or any type of drug test I HIGHLY recommend DO NOT come here. They say walk-ins between 11-1 but you’ll be waiting over two hours just to get called and once they reach 10 patients they will no longer except walk-ins till the next day. This was my first time coming here and will definitely be my last. If I could give negative one stars I would. Go somewhere else, you’ll be saving yourself a lot of time."

"Based on my recent visit to the urgent care, I would strongly advise against visiting during the weekday. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and did not acknowledge me when I approached them. The smell of urine was also overwhelming, which made the experience even worse. It's disappointing to have to leave such a negative review, but the poor customer service and unpleasant environment are simply unacceptable for a medical facility. I cannot in good conscience recommend this urgent care based on my experience during the weekday. However, I did have a much better experience during my visit on the weekend. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall environment was much cleaner and more pleasant. If you do need to visit this urgent care, I would recommend trying to schedule your appointment for a weekend, rather than a weekday. Overall, my experience at this urgent care was a mixed bag. While the weekend staff were great, the weekday staff left a lot to be desired. The smell of urine was also a major issue that should be addressed. If you do choose to visit, I would recommend going on a weekend and being prepared for potential issues with customer service during the weekday."

"As a walk in, my entire visit was about 1-1/2 hours. I absolutely never expect to get in and out of a walk in clinic "fast" as you never know what people are there for and the amount of time with a doctor can vary depending on medical issues needing attention. I mean, realistically, I've spent more time than this waiting for a scheduled doctor's visit! Overall, once the staff was serving me, they were extremely attentive and pleasant. The doctor was absolutely awesome and since I do not have insurance I found their fee reasonable. I've paid the same in the past with insurance and more back in 2008 without insurance. I would go here again if needed. Thank you to the staff and Dr. T for being there when I needed them!"

"One of the first ones here when they opened the doors on a Monday. I was 4th to check in. No urgent patients. I came for a quick sports physical ( they charge $30) Almost an hour and a half and I still haven’t been seen and will be Very late to work. Don’t expect speedy service, clear your day if you plan to come here."
