"They know that this is a very difficult, emotional, draining, time consuming, lots of medical appointment, and expensive procedure . They have me talking to 5 different people so confusing! Email's and text not clear on what they're asking for!!! I'm so exhausted by now I just want to give up!! Keep sending me emails with forms to sign yet I have submitted all my forms. They should have one coordinator assigned for the patient. Not different staff member!! as I said it's already stressful enough and I should have peace and no stress. God help me."

"Let me start with saying: As someone who has undergone fertility treatments, it’s a hard and difficult path mentally and physically. However after many surgeries, IVF and several embryo transfers at a different clinic, I am happy to say my experience at Spring and with Dr. Murugappan was excellent. I specifically chose Spring because of Dr. Murugappan. I had previously been lucky enough to be a patient of hers for a short while when she was at Stanford. She left such an impression on me as being thoughtful, kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She has such a warm and inviting disposition and immediately puts you at ease. I remember never feeling alone when she was my doctor. While under Dr. Murugappan’s care at Spring, my first round of IVF resulted in higher quality embryos than my prior round of IVF at another clinic. Additionally, my first embryo transfer at Spring resulted in a pregnancy which I’m in the throes of now. None of my prior embryo transfers at a different clinic resulted in pregnancies. Currently I’m in my third trimester all thanks to Dr. Murugappan and the treatments I received at Spring. After I found out I was pregnant I had some concerns about how the transition from Spring to an OB would go since my insurance had yet to assign me an OB. I’m happy to report the transition was smooth and seamless solely in part by Spring. Spring and Dr. Murugappan ensured there were no gaps in medical treatment or testing while my insurance assigned an OB. Spring’s medical staff also ensured I was fully prepared on what the next steps were for testing, screenings and ensured I knew what medications I could and couldn’t take while pregnant. Even after an OB had taken over my medical care I received periodic checkins from Spring which has felt very reassuring. As soon as I am able try for another child, I will be back to Spring to see Dr. Murugappan. She is a complete and utter rockstar. I can’t recommended her enough. I trust her completely and am forever grateful to her and her medical staff."

"As a physician and patient, I send all of my friends to Dr. Gaya Murugappan. I transitioned from another area clinic where I had done multiple rounds of IVF without success and she was able to successfully create embryos and implant them into our surrogate. Not only has she done this for me, but all of my friends call her a "miracle worker." Beyond the success, she is the kindest most compassionate clinician with wonderful technique and bedside manner. Spring was also the easiest clinic to work with for scheduling - their entire environment felt luxurious and our surrogate thought so too! Can't recommend Dr. Murugappan enough!!"

"The facility is stunning. The doctors and nurses are very responsive and caring. Communication is ok although there was a period of time when my doctor left without transferring me to a new one. I felt I was stuck without a new plan and proper communication. However the new doctor and his care team is wonderful and I feel I am on the right track now. I also worked with Emily from Nest Cryibank and she is wonderful. She took over all communications with my old care team that seamed unresponsive and she always tried to find right contacts and answers for me."
