"Lady at the front desk was rude. She speaks to people as if they’re lower than her, yelled at me without even making eye contact ??? Even the doctor was rude and seemed liked she was in a rush! I was brought in for my appt & the dr came in my room, took my samples and left, ran back in my room about 2 min later (not even joking) and said nothing is wrong with you. I made an appt at a different location and just as I suspected, something was wrong. Never will I ever recommend this location. Idk who they’re hiring? Super unprofessional ."

"i would give 0 stars if i could , don’t come here. highly unprofessional staff, the lady in the front who helped me was extremely rude, clearly did not care about my privacy what so ever & they have 0 empathy for any of their patients. she was talking about my business loud enough for the whole office to hear. i thought patient confidentiality was a thing. embarrassing and humiliating. do not come here!"

"They were extremely nice to me. They went above and beyond. Words cannot describe how much my nurse Jessie went out of her way to make me feel better. I’ve never been treated better as a patient. They took what I wanted into consideration, gave me my options and helped me so much. I ended up having to call the help line for advice later and they were so kind. The nurse called me back an hour later to check on me. It sucks they have bad reviews. I do think that people don’t fully understand the healthcare system and nothing is going to be perfect. I will forever appreciate the people who work at this location. Thank you again for your services."
