"The 2 girls at the reception are very rude and despotic, especially the blond hair, in my opinion it is very unprofessional, she forgot that she has a job for us, the clients need to get another job because it is obvious that she does not like that at that moment, cancel my appointment because I can not allow someone to treat me like that."

The two ladies in the front are not helpful at all, I don’t care to leave reviews but after the third time being there and having to deal with both of their attitudes, I realize I need to complain! They close at 9 I got there at 6:40 and they told me they stopped taking clients. The next time I go, they tell me it’s gonna be a two hour wait so they doubt that I’ll be seen, I then called to make sure I’m going to be seen because I work in San Jose but I live in Gilroy and they say no appointment necessary. I get there and they’re literally trying to discourage me telling me there’s three people in front of me so they can’t give me a time!"

"we called 30 minutes before we arrived at the urgent care, and the worker on the phone said they do walk ins. we called for an appointment but she said no need. However, by the time we got there, they were fully booked. this is upsetting because we don’t even live in the area. it was a waste of gas and time."

"Arrived at 7pm with my husband who had a piece of metal in his eye. We were told they couldn’t see us as they had just checked in their last patient for the evening. They close at 9pm! How can an urgent care center turn away a patient and direct them to the ER when they are open for 2 more hours and there are only a handful of people in the waiting room. Disgraceful and unethical!"
