"The people manning the phone lines are barely literate, barely speak English, and their incompetence had a direct negative impact on standard of care. Impossible to get ahold of anyone who has any idea what's going on. Doctors and surgeons are fine when you can actually talk to them, but then again we had a poor outcome from the surgery.
