"Dr Shen and her team at Eastern Medical Center in Fremont are second to none. From my first interaction with them I knew I was in great hands. They’re polite, friendly, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. I’m so happy I decided to give acupuncture a try as I’ve never felt as good as I do now."

"I had a great experience with Han! He listened to all my concerns in regards to my problem areas and focused on my worse spots & tight areas! I was extremely comfortable (might have fallen asleep) & he was extremely careful with all covid procedures. Excited to go back for my second visit next week!"

"Come here if you are a Veteran or active military. Just come here period! No matter who you are! I am a veteran and the VA was able to get me covered 100%. Unfortunately I had already been coming here for a hand full of treatments before I found out and was paying out of pocket, but that was my fault for not mentioning that I was a veteran. The process was easy. I made a phone appointment with my doctor at the VA and within a couple of days they faxed an approval over to Eastern Medical Center for 12 Treatments. At first I wanted to go with Dr. Shen because of her amazing reviews at the Pleasanton clinic, but she was booked out about 3 months before she can see a new patient so I opted to go with Dr. Eric because his specialty in pain. He was a little easier to get in with. The new patient forms they had was very long and it asked for as much details as possible. Dr. Eric said the more details I can provide the better it will help him understand my leg injury. I am an active runner and haven’t been able to run for about 2 months because of the leg injury. I had an MRI and a X-Ray done and my family doctor told me there was nothing wrong with my leg and physical therapy didn’t do nothing at all. Dr. Eric is very nice and very knowledgable and was able to explain to me how acupuncture works which was nice and told me that it will probably take about 3 or 4 treatments before I notice a difference or even more. After the 4th treatment, I didn’t notice a big difference and was going to give up because I didn’t want to continue paying out of pocket, but Phuc at the front desk was able to find out that I was a veteran when he asked me after the 4th treatment I had and I decided to continue because of the 12 covered sessions from the VA. After the 6th treatment, I started to notice a big difference in my leg. The pain in my leg had reduce significantly and after the 9th treatment, I am able to run again! I still have 7 covered treatments from the VA and I plan on using them all as I am not fully 100% but I am very confident Dr. Eric can get me there!"
