"I and my wife went to hajj (2013) through Adam Travel Agency. We did not expect a luxury vacation but there were other serious issues. The tents in Mina were not air conditioned as advertised. It should be advertised as water cooled not air conditioned. Our place in Muzdalifa was so filty and tight that I had to set most of the night as there was literally no room to stretch my legs. Furthermore, our area was supposed to be only for hujjaj from north America and Europe but we had hujjaj from Bangladesh who had already occupied the our space. The 5 story building in Azizia had no electricity for a day and I got trapped more than once in an elevator. After that I used stairs. One day they had the stair emergency exits locked (as they opened into a dining hall, some groups didn't have food in their package). With all this some of the group leaders Imams were preaching to have patience (sounded like they were the agencies agents). They unlocked the emergency exits after I personally threatened to break them as this was serious life safety issue."
