"I booked an appointment at 4:30pm, arrived early at 4:15pm to fill and provide any details ahead of time. I waited for an hour till I was called in for BP, oxygen check. It’s now 5:55pm and I am still waiting for the doctor to diagnose. Why do you have an appointment mechanism? I have a child waiting for me at home and I was meant to be back in 30 or max an hour. How is this responsible service?"
"I had an appointment here to renew my prescription for a tablet that I have been using for years. The doctor came in and simply told me that he will renew my prescription. I would be really generous if I say that conversation took 40 seconds. They charged my insurance for $400 for that service. My share is $180 for that. This means $10 per second is the rate of service here."
"Overall Carbon Health is a great urgent care to go to! I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hrs and the staff was very helpful. It did take longer to get seen than I thought, but that often happens with urgent care and they were apologetic about it."
