"I really had a positive experience at this location considering my situation. Tyler, who checked me in was very kind and super helpful with updating my information, time to be seen, and x-rays. After a reasonable wait, didn’t feel too long in my opinion. I met with Kayla, the PA on-site, and I was very happy with her expertise and recommendations to begin the healing process. She was too, very kind and helpful, I felt in good hands. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for quality service and patient treatment."

"This is my second time experience at this clinic. First one was seamless and super quick. This one though, pretty annoying. I had called for an appointment for an xray specifically and I found out the xray tech was out once I reached there for my appointment. Nobody called me to inform me or reschedule. I was also in for an urgent care appointment but urgent care is not urgent here! It takes about an hours wait ( 45 mins or more .. I’m still waiting to be looked at AFTER getting an appointment and reaching on time) I did not even get a sorry. Very disappointed and dissatisfied this time."

"My husband has been extremely sick with the Flu for almost a week, with symptoms worsening. Due to this Carbon Health's proximity to our home, he scheduled a same day Urgent Care appointment there, even though we would normally go to Sutter Urgent Care in Mountain View. We had gone to Carbon a couple times in the past and had decent experiences there. After checking him in for the appointment and having him wait to be seen, they tell him that they no longer accept our insurance, which is one of the most common insurance carriers in the area. The insurance was *verified* first at the time we made the appointment, and secondly upon check-in. Their app even says that they still take this insurance. Okay, we understand that things change, and they did apologize. But it's really frustrating to have an extremely sick person make the effort come in and wait, and then be told they either have to leave or pay several hundreds of dollars out of pocket now in order to be helped. Somebody really needs to fix they're appointment-scheduling system so that mistakes like this don't waste everyone's time."

"We went to Carbon Health to get a COVID test for a family member who was traveling overseas. Everything was quick and smooth. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Lillian was the person who took the nasal swab. She was very friendly and has a good sense of humor. The test cost $165 and you have to get the results back in 2 hours. You need to download their app to get the results. Overall happy with service."
