"This company withholds information from their clients, they had terrible customer service skills and continue to change their story over to help their own. They preyed on the language barrier and use selected verbiage to withhold information. When asked why they withheld that the ticket was only valid for 6 months, they said they did not have to tell my mother to begin with. This company is a complete fraud. DO NOT GO TO THEM!"
