"This clinic has staff that are very rude, nasty and aggressive with customers. The 2 owners - Bill and Lisa discriminate against you based on the insurance you carry for acupuncture treatment. If they like your insurance they will give you a very good treatment and if they do not like you insurance because the insurance company takes long time to pay them, they will tell you go elsewhere or give you a staff member who does not know anything about treatment. They are very passive aggressive and just do not care for customers. If I could give MINUS 5 out of 5 for the customer service I would have given that. They provide massage sessions at their location to all their customers and charge the insurance company for acupuncture sessions. "Do not ask! Do not Tell!" They are not only unethical in their acupuncture medical practice but also walk on a fine line between what is right and what is not. Its a matter of time they get investigated by a health insurance company for incorrect billing... United Insurance - anyone listening? Post covid they have 2 locations and they actually think that by giving bad customer service they will grow further... In addition to stealing money from Insurance companies by incorrect billing!"

My treatment was amazing and honestly I wished I had had someone drive me to my appointment, I left so, so relaxed! I will be a regular client from now on!"
