"We booked flights in 2020. With COVID, we had to cancel them and supposedly received credit for future flights. Over the past 8 months, they. have not responded to emails or numerous phone calls though their phone is still active as is their email account. The one and only response to my inquiry was treated with disdain. I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my 45 years of dealing with travel agencies. DO NOT EVER use this company unless you want poor service. Update: Booked flights with them in April for August and September with the coupons earned from the COVID delays. Most flights were okay but my flight from Kona to HNL was changed without me being notified. Tried to obtain a boarding pass but was told I did not have a ticket. Tried to call the company and email them. Phones disconnected and emails returned with no valid address. They have gone out of business. Fortunately, I was able to obtain another flight. If they somehow recover, DO NOT EVER book with them!"

"Honestly too much to explain on how wrong this company is. If I can ever use my credit I would consider changing my review but since 2019 it has been like pulling teeth to get this company to do their jobs as a travel agents. What's the point of using an agency if I can book with an airline directly with less hassle and less money being constantly funneled into a money hungry business. I literally just want to use my thousands that are not transferable, non refundable, must be same destination. Kari, a manager, told me to contact united airlines myself but won't do their job and contact them?? United told me Flight Guru needs to transfer the credit or at least needs to contact them directly, which shows they have not been doing their jobs at all. All because I tried to rebook a covid trip and was forced to pay 300+ USD more ontop of my EXISTING CREDIT OF THOUSANDS when I submitted payment they turned around and said the airline was asking for more money and when I requested management the payment went up 900+ USD per ticket even though united shows the flight is less than my original credit I paid."

"a travel coordinator purchased my ticket from alpha guru in January of 2020 for a trip to Italy. Needless to say the trip was canceled. I spent months trying to get them to call me back to get a credit or refund. The airline finally gave me a credit but could do nothing else. The trip was canceled again due to Covid. We are now set for May of 2022. The airline cannot rebook my flight and I cannot get the company to answer the phone, respond to a text or an email. I have tried dozens of times. I simply want someone to call me b ack and book my ticket. I will never use this company again and have told everyone i can, to avoid them."

"Yes plans changed last year due to COVID not only did the airline(American Airlines) only refund me half of my flight cost but now flight guru isn’t helping. I wanted to have them make me another flight and they’re still making me pay extra 63$ when the flight doesn’t even cost nearly that much and my credit should cover it and their giving me lame excuses. So I asked for a refund and I’m still waiting. They also take a long time. By the time I get a flight the prices are going to go higher."

"The customer service that I received from Alpha Flight Guru was excellent. Within a day all of our flights were booked. I even received a phone call to ensure that the dates were correct even though we live in Australia. I had checked the prices for Business Class air fares to the UK before I contacted Alpha Flight Guru so I could compare the price offered by them. We saved about $5000 for the 2 tickets. I would certainly use Alpha Flight Guru again next time we fly. I have already recommended them to other people."
