"Covid testing takes more than 48 hours, if you need results it is safer to go to the Santa Clara public testing sites which work much more efficient than PAMF. I regret choosing PAMF for testing, such an important health need, PAMF does not adhere to the up to 48 hour window they communicate to customers"

"We're having a ton of issues with this place regarding billing. They have started billing for annual preventative services. For those of you who are also having issues, we're sharing the following advice so we can organize as patients: 1) email our CA state legislature reps 2) file a complaint re Sutter billing practices w CA Dept of Consumer Affairs 3) Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Billing Services 4) email Consumer Watchdog 5) reach out to Medliminal and 6) reach out to Sutter leadership You can likely craft one email to be sent to all of the above and someone should be able to help. If many of us start doing this I think the appropriate government agencies and the media will take notice of their unethical billing practices - it looks like it's last fall when they started billing extra for preventative services."
