"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of care provided at Concentre urgent care.My recent visit on 01/12/2024 left me feeling neglected, uncared for, and utterly disrespected. First and foremost, the wait time was unreasonably long, and there was a clear lack of urgency in attending to patients' needs. Despite expressing the severity of my pain, I was made to wait for hours without any explanation or reassurance. It was disheartening to see how little regard was given to the suffering of patients in the waiting room. Furthermore, the staff members exhibited a dismissive and apathetic attitude towards my condition. "Had bad cut on hand. Got stitches from doc and when I got the Stitches he said I would need them for two weeks. One week later I had a check up. He decided to take stitches out. Well about 30 min after leaving the wound opened back up by just moving my hand. I’m actually glad it did because there was a small piece of gauze that was inside the wound that would have definitely gotten infected. I went to cvs and bought liquid skin and glued it closed myself. Just three days later it is mostly healed."

"I waited 2 1/2 hrs to have a N-95 fit test & physical done. The tent used for the fit test was old & musky smelling. I was disgusting for a clinic to be using. The blood pressure cuff was not disposable. It is the same one used on all their patients. Very unhygienic. The doctor was very friendly & pleasant."
