"We had the BEST experience with Getaway Adventures’ Peddle and Paddle tour. Our guide, Alex, was very fun and knowledgeable. We biked along rolling hills for about 4 miles to a small family owned vineyard where we tried the grapes and tasted a variety of wines. It was such a quaint yet laid back vineyard that was absolutely beautiful. The wine was so good we shipped some back home! We had an amazing picnic lunch with sandwiches made from Oakville Grocery in a grove of Redwood trees. Then we paddled down the Russian river and were blessed to see a family of otters. The entire experience was incredible! If you are considering this tour or any other tour with Getaway Adventures, we highly recommend it! The only thing we would suggest is to have directions handy as internet was spotty and Google Maps wouldn’t load our map until we were about 5 miles down the road."
