"I rarely give a 1 star. The receptionist on the second floor. I say I have an appointment at 10:15. She asks do you know your doctor? I say I'm not sure. She snaps at me "I need to know which doctor!" Wow Prima medical group, way to make your patients feel welcomed. Every business knows the people that deal with the general public need to have good customer service skills. I can't speak for the doctors there but will just go somewhere else instead."
