"Recently took our male kitten in for castration/sterilization. One of his testicles had not dropped but they were easily able to find it as it was just under the skin. We thought the bill was going to be about $450 because they may have to go into his abdomen but it turned out they were able to do it for less than $300. Good experience and I would highly recommend."

"Called yesterday morning since my dog was having gi issues. Was able to fit me into an emergency appointment (reasonably priced) and had all the meds needed to treat her.(also reasonably priced!) The vet was super professional and gave me multiple options for treatment. 10/10"

"I'd give no star - Advising anyone to know that as setting appt for "new accounts" - they will take credit card info right away over the phone to charge you a "fee" of the cost of the office visit for any cancelation (average office visit cost may be $75). My experience- phoned them the evening prior letting them know I was called in to work for the next day and wouldn't be able to come in but I would like to reschedule, to please call me. (They never did.) It May be reasonable if they want to avoid "no shows" and penalize the person but for when prior notice has been provided? I don't see that as reasonable customer service! There are other vets who are not doing this "practice" -save your money, stress, and go to them."
