"While I like Dr. Corona, his receptionist is another story. I've been trying to have routine procedures done and Everytime I call and ask why is it taking so long for anyone to call me to schedule an appointment, she says let me call you right back, then doesn't. I then wait a few hours and call again and I'm told she is busy and will get to it, she wrote a note. Then I call a day or so later after not hearing back and she tells me she has resent the order and I should hear something within the week..I have had this conversation a few times. It started in May and now we are half way through August! Can't leave a message, the mailbox is full, imagine that."

"I’ve been trying to get in to see doctor Corona as a new patient for over a month. I filled out their medical records request form to transfer records from my previous physician and they’ve told me I can’t be seen by doctor corona until those have been reviewed. Ok I understand that. But every time I’ve had to talk to the receptionist she cuts me off and is very rude. I call to check to see if my records have been received and if they haven’t how can I help speed up the process. Twice now the receptionist has told me she’s busy with patients and can’t talk right now and hangs up on me! Another time she said she would call me back because she was dealing with patients and I never heard back from her. I wish I could review dr corona because I’ve heard good things about him but if this is how dealing with his front office staff will be I’m going to attempt to see someone else. At this rate I’ll never get past the awful front desk girl. The receptionist is the first person a patient deals with and the way they treat patients speaks volumes about the integrity and atmosphere of the medical office. Dr. Coronas front line is far from friendly and professional. Hoping this review gets to the management of the office to re-evaluate their level of customer service they aim to provide."

"My mom been his Patient for about six years and never in my life had bad experiencing. The staff always find a way to get you in soon as possible the wait time may be long or short but it’s so worth waiting to see the doctor corona. Dr. Corona staff member name Evelyn I believe that’s her name .she great u have a question She find the answer and get back to you as soon as possible.. she receive you with a smile happy to see you she’s not one of the people who are there just to make money you can tell that she loves her job well at least that’s what I see. My mom feel welcome every time and happy that she gets her answers right away I highly recommend Dr. Corona to anybody"

"I've been a patient of Dr. Corona for a number of years now, and, while the office may be packed most days, it is certainly worth the slight wait (10-30 mins usually). Dr. Corona and his associates are very professional, friendly , and hardworking. The front of office staff has always been amazing and will make you feel welcome. Dr. Corona is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, aswell as the other docs that are working there. The nurse that works at the testing clinic in the same building is also pleasant to deal with."

"I was visiting a relative here in Orland and needed to go to a Walk-in Clinic. The first one all the doctors were out for 2-weeks so I saw the sign on the window that said "Walk-ins Welcome", so I proceeded to go in. The lady behind the counter was a bit rude, and could not tell me how long the wait would be. As I waited and looked around this office I saw how filthy the baseboards all were. I mean a inch of filth was caked on those baseboards. The walls were all filthy dirty including the floors. Hour number two, I was afraid to remain and be seen in this filthy office for fear of getting a staff infection or something worse. Luckily I decided to leave. I am surprised this place operates as the health department should be called in closing this place down. I would not take my pet into this place knowing very well vet offices by far are much cleaner than this place was. Beware enter at your own risk!"
