"Lila Ryan is a CBT practitioner who veers from being coldly "analytical" to actually yelling and then either denying her behavior or stating that "she doesn't want to talk about it". She is a left brain "intellectual" who has not done her own emotional work and who is utterly lacking in empathy and compassion. She is extremely inconsistent and can be abusive with her voice and speech and she seems to be unaware that such behavior actually disqualifies her as a therapist. She may be helpful with folks who are interested in CBT (which can be learned from a workbook), but if you need help with trauma, avoid her!"
