"Got a couple sessions in but after awhile he couldn't seem to make my schedule appointments anymore and left me with a unfinished full back piece. Poorest customer service. Let's not forget that you missed 3 of my schedule session in a row and when I tried to make things right by asking for some sort of compensation, but you freaked out about that cause you have poor customer service. Wouldn't be surprised if you were tattoo other people on my scheduled appointment. You really think that trying to make things right by offering to work on my FULL BACK PIECE FOR a couple hours and than not finishing the tattoo is helpful? What a joke of an artist honestly. Appreciate you screwing me over and my family tattoo, and than having the audacity to blame it on me is wild. And I never gotthis "free session" that your talking about. I did however get a free hour from the tattoo shop you used to be employed at because they apologized for how poorly you were treating me by not showing up to my appointments"

"Awesome shop and even awesomer artists! Got my first tattoo here and Mack was great with answering all my questions and walking me through it. Their website is easy to use and navigate and they get back to you in a timely matter. 10/10 getting another tattoo here soon!"
