I went into the store considering whether to downsize a large McIntosh system to a high-end all-in-one AVM product (Audio High is the only local AVM dealer). Rolie and Dan spent a *lot* of time with me over two visits, and were incredibly patient as I auditioned record after record, CD after CD, and various streaming sources. They also bent over backwards to construct a very generous trade-in value for my Mac stack. When all was said and done, I decided that I'm not yet ready to part with my blue meters (I've loved a lot of McIntosh gear over the years). Rolie and Dan were incredibly gracious about my decision not to purchase the AVM piece (which is exceptional, BTW) despite the significant time they invested in the potential sale.
