"Restaurant is clean and the food is good. The service is a bit slow from time to time. Generally speaking I find Taco Bell well overpriced."
"I don’t normally leave reviews but jeez. The food was fine, but the customer service was absolutely horrible. A middle aged woman took our order at the drive thru and literally scoffed at me over the mic. I didn’t think much of it, when we got to the window she went to hand me 2 Pepsi’s and I order 2 Baja blast and I politely said “oh it was 2 Baja blasts” and she rolled her eyes and said “ I didn’t hear you say Baja blast, I heard Pepsi”. She proceeds to turn around and ask the other employee “did you hear her say Baja blast” and the other said “nope” with an attitude. Normally I’m very patient with people because i too work in customer service, but I felt kind of targeted so I told them “we can take the Pepsi’s if it’s going to be such a big deal”. The lady then got me the correct drinks because duh, not my fault you heard the drink order incorrectly. Not even sure how Baja blast and Pepsi sound alike but whatever lol. To that employee, it’s a shame they have someone like you representing a business but hey, I hope you get through whatever you’re going through. Can’t expect much from a 50 year old woman working at Taco Bell haha"
"I haven't been to a Taco Bell in a while I got a soda they were super friendly and I'm about to work at this one in Lomira but the manager she's awesome she's amazing"
"Staff were friendly. My food was made wrong but didn't realize this until I got home as I went through the drive through. A bit of a wait in the drive through."
"Counter service was slow and not very communicative. I asked for sauces when completing my order and she didnt give me any / had to ask yet again after she slowly completed the order after mine. Then my hard shell tacos were REALLY shallow on ingredients."
