"I used to go there all the time but haven't been for about a year. Tonight i go in to get a coupe things and i get a leering look from the employee who was stocking the shelves. I go to the cooler and get some water and then go to the candy rack and when he sees me he quick moves right in my way and stands there with a bag in his hand like he's trying to figure out where to put it. As i'm waiting it's palin as day as i can see the same product on the rack but he takes at least 3 or 4 minutes ignoring me and staying in my way. Finally he puts the bag back in the box on the floor so i grab my items and then go to the register. They have 2. He then starts talking to another customer and completely ignores me as i stand there at one of the registers. He finally comes up and logs on to the register i wasn't at obviously deliberately. Then rings it up and i enter my phone number on the pad as i add to my point total and pay him cash all the while never acknowledges me as a customer but goes out of his way to talk to another customer making sure to show me i'm nothing. Typical white hating east indian that i've done nothing to but buy stuff in his store. So sad there's so much racist hate towards white elderly males but this place is just another example of silicon gulch culture. When he's done he just stops as i wait for the receipt and gives me a look of what? I ask for the receipt and he gives this huge sigh of being put out and slams the receipt in my hand and i leave. How sad a place this is, eminating white hate!"

"Overcharged for a coffee refill. After I asked about it the nasty little man then refused to sell me anything else. And no, I was not rude when I asked. Won't be darkening their doorway ever again."

"I wouldn't recommend to go there they have really bad service. I just went in there and we told that lady that was working in there that we needed more of the hot chocolate and caffe but there was no more but she didn't answer so we assume she was going to put more we were waiting there for a while next i see she was talking to her friend that had brought her food i told her that we were waiting for the drinks we asked and she said oh I'm not going to make any more and we don't have hot chocolate. Bad service and i got so freaking mad."
