"I am usually a Fontana patient since it’s closer to me but I came to Ontario for my induction since they had availability and weren’t as busy and I am glad I made that choice. The labor and delivery rooms for patients who are being induced are amazing! They gave me a menu of comfort items to pick out during my stay and induction. I picked a mini fan, galaxy lights, light candles, affirmation cards, oil diffuser. You can pick everything on the menu if you wanted ! The nurses are so attentive, caring, and even educated me in what they were doing, what will be done, etc. Special shoutout to Rosie, Eloisa, and CNM Charlette for attending me during the difficult moments I had in my labor. Charlette thank you for checking on me the day after my rough delivery once I was moved to the postpartum room. Eloisa thank you for being so caring and trying everything possible to have my birth plan go as I wanted, you never gave up or got frustrated and always educated me as you assisted me with my labor. Rosie thank you for always being available and having the caring personality you did. My experience was amazing due to the nurses expertise and caring personalities. My CNM educating me and being patient with my induction, and a special shout out to the MD who performed my C-section Maryam! You all made my labor amazing! Thank you, for all you do!! I also enjoyed my time spent in the postpartum room, the nurses came in to provide me with my pain medication at the time needed, they had me walk as soon as I could to have a easier/quicker recovery, and always quick to respond with the press of a button. I am so thankful for everyone involved in me and my baby’s care! I definitely recommend Ontario Kaiser for L&D patients."

"I birthed both of my children here - the OBGYN, labor and delivery, and mother/infant care teams are amazing. We’ve been well cared for and had a positive birth experience each time. Most recently I checked in at labor and delivery ready to push and was completely unprepared for an unmedicated precipitous birth. The nurses and midwife coached me through and made what could have been scary a very empowering and positive experience. The recovery suites are so nice and comfortable."

"My kaiser doctor said I was septic and needed to go to the ER. According to the CDC website, "You should get antibiotics within 1 hour of arriving at hospital." We waited 6 hours and I was never seen beyond vitals. When we went up to reception to let them know we were going to leave, the reception said "for what you are here for I would suggest you not leave because it's very serious, you need treatment".... Ok then why have I been here for 6 hours and not received treatment? Long story short. Went to a different ER (not kaiser) and they took sepsis seriously and I was in a chair in the hallway with IV antibiotics ASAP because my temp was high and heart rate was 120. Pretty sure the other ER saved my life. If you need treatment, think of this ER like a 1 star urgent care. The Kaiser reception even told us their "critical patients" which apparently we were listed as had the longest wait time average 5.5 hours. Make that make sense. This is not the first time kaiser had neglected me or a family member life saving care. Shut them down honestly."

"I absolutely love this location! It's a lot farther from my house than the Fontana location but it was SO worth the drive. They have check in kiosks that help speed up the check in process. The monitors in the waiting area show where you are in line and approximately how long you can expect to wait before being seen. I was seen in the orthopedic department and I felt like such royalty. Dr. Wiley and his staff are on top of it. Dr. Wiley and his nurse are African American and I’m proud to say that! Unfortunately my experience with African Americans as whole has not been great, but when I have an awesome experience with African Americans on any level I make it a point to let it be known. Dr. Wiley was attentive and courteous. After my appointment the nurse took me to her desk to book my follow up and my MRI appointment. I was utterly amazed! I asked if this was something that was only done in the ortho department because I’d never experienced such a thing. She said things are done according to provider. Meaning that the Doctor requested that things go as smooth as possible for his patients. The nurse stated it also makes her job job easier to do things this way. My experience at the lab was just as great. I was in and out within 5 minutes. My visit was on a Friday morning, chaos free. Keep up the great work Kaiser staff."
