"Only visitation by appointment and they only let you see your family twice a week. The subacute is under staff so their patients aren't clean only when they know family members are scheduled to visit and a CNA will clean the diaper just before your visitation. Roof leaks and mold around the ceiling. Hopefully we transfer my wife out that deplorable subacute this Month in April. Find better long term facilities by asking their rules and policies. Patients rights are violated by denied every day visitation. Maybe is not compliance with the States health board... Good luck if you don't speak their island language or tongue to communicate with the staff."

"Didn't have a chance to comment before . I'm so grateful for this place. My husband was cared for from 4-8-2021 to 7-25 and I could tell you they took care of him well. There is still special people that do care. I thank all the staff from the Dietary staff to Housekepping to Nurses LVNs and CNAs that work in the subacute area. Thank for taking care of Adrian. Therapist and RT are great. ❤❤❤❤❤"

"This was by far the WORST hospital I have ever encountered and I work in healthcare. I was scheduled for hand surgery . First impression was a very dirty run down facility. The pre op area was shared with a sub acute unit. Nurses were not attentive and were more concerned with all of the gossip they were talking about in the hallway instead of caring for patients. Luckily the doctor changed his diagnosis and informed me pre surgery in the OR that my injury was worse than he thought and the surgery that needed to be done was completely different than he planned. At that point they said that I would have to reschedule because anesthesia didn’t have time. A huge blessing. I will now have a different doctor at a great clean facility. I had a bad feeling before I walked in the door. Trust your intuition."

"Absolute worst hospital. Run down with some rooms not having required supplies such as gloves, sharps containers, and suction. Mold on the ceilings. Extremely uncoordinated nurses, was told different things from every nurse regarding when my SO would be back in the room from surgery. Was kicked out of the room after 5 hours of being in there by another nurse after seeing multiple nurses within those hours. IV supplies left out including needles in the room, tourniquet left on for 5 min while the nurse left the room, and a unprimed IV line being inserted. Multiple air bubbles went through the IV. IV bag was held up by a coat hanger on the wall. Unlabeled bags with no patient identification taken before administering medication. Doctors and nurses would yell at one another regarding patient names and patient medical issues/history. Would not recommend this place to anyone, needs to be shut down!"

"The worst hospital experience in my life, I had my daughter here 40yrs ago and can't believe they're still open. Only by the grace of God that my daughter was born alive and that I lived. In 1979 this was not a full hospital back then and by the sound of others complaints, it still isn't!!! I was in hard labor for three days without a doctor and should have had an emergency C section as my baby was in distress. Had I'd known back then what I know today, I would have sued for malpractice!!!"
