"I was admitted in emergency room and I had the worst & most horrible experience in my entire life. The Rn ( Amparo) was rude, impatient, & yelling at me. The physician kept saying for almost 4 hours “ Let me think what to do “. Rn checked me for impaction & said “ It’s too high I can’t remove it. You have to do yourself “. The reason I went to emergency room is because for over 6 hours all the interventions that were prescribed by my doctors had failed. As far as I know nurses are not allowed to perform disimpaction. The physician never examined me. On top of this I have stage four breast cancer metastasized to bone mostly spine. So imagine the pain I was experiencing. In front of my son I was sobbing & told him I wanted to give up! I wanted to add — since the Emergency Room physician could not make decision for almost 4 hours I had to contact my own oncologist and gastroenterologist to speak with him. But when he saw I started having rectal bleeding he decided to admit me. I never received any pain medications or any medication or intravenous fluids while under his care. The Rn never helped me get in and out of bed, never provided physical care. It was my Son who did everything including cleaning me up since I was too weak and in pain. For over 24 hours that I had stayed in emergency room I had asked numerous times to speak with the supervisor. I was always told “ She’s too busy “. I hope no one will go through what I had endured."

"Took my toddler here at 1:30am due to wheezing and trouble breathing. All staff were amazing. They were all very kind and attentive to us from check in to discharge. Dr. Hua was very kind and saw and diagnosed her right away. Took a couple tests and an X-ray. We were only there 1.5 hours total. Way better ER experience than I’ve had at San Dimas"

"My elderly friend went to this hospital for an epidural and became sick upon arrival. They placed IV in both arms to the point her gauze was bloody. She is now in more pain than when she arrived and is traumatized by the entire hospital staff. ER nurse gaslit and insulted the patient repeatedly. She's more worse off than she when she arrived. She's been unable to walk since she left the hospital. They only conducted tests but provided no treatment despite knowing the patient has chronic pain and was there for a spine epidural. The nursing staff pulled on her arm despite the fact she is post-op from a shoulder surgery. They discharged her with no medication."

"The charge nurse, Elena Gutierrez called security guards on me, just because I was trying to sort out my family member's insurance problems and asked to talk to her supervisor. Pictures below. The whole process took longer than an hour. The only reason that I was sorting out her insurance problems was because the case manager, Rana Naqvi and Ryan Ward weren''t doing their job. This is a dangerous practice and could kill patients. After calling security, Gutierrez had a nasty smile on her face and said - "If you don't do what we say, the patient will die." This is no way to treat clients. Thankfully the doctor stepped in and sorted it out. Gutierrez's supervisor also came and helped everything out. But in general, the staff here appear incompetent, unprofessional, and don't appear to know what they're doing. The standard of care is very low here, and I suspect that people die here often. The case manager dropped the ball. She failed to put in proper referrals. I had to call three times to make sure that an ambulance came. Avoid this hospital at all costs."
