"I've been buying your athletic shoes for a few years now and love them. The compression socks are WONDERFUL and most recently, I tried the gel insoles. I now walk without pain and the wide with option fits me perfectly. Once you buy the compression socks, you will never wear anything else! I now buy them for my son who is on a submarine for the US Navy as well as 3 of my best friends."

"This company is a scam. I was charged a different amount 5 times on my debit card. I called customer service and did get a live person who stated that it was a glitch in their system and that it would fall off and the correct amount would be charged, that was 10/12. and the 5 charges are still pending. I went to the bank over the weekend to fill out a fraud packet and get a new debit card. I hate that it didn't work out, really wanted the shoes I order but if there are 5 pending charges that are not the amount that I agreed to pay holding up my money "pending" it's not worth it. Save yourself the trouble, not worth the hassle and time."

"Shipping is horrendous. Over two weeks to receive 8 pairs of diabetic sock. I get not all companies have next day delivery, but please make some effort to get better. Oh, the prices are high, cause living with TD-1 diabetes for 35 years isn't expensive enough."

"Very disappointing experience. Bought 2 pair of sandles on the web site on sale. Received an email receipt with the correct sale price charged. However, my account was debited the full price amount, a difference of about $150! I authorized the sale price, I was sent an email receipt showing the sale price yet this company charged my account full price. How can they do this without my authorization? I called and the customer service person finally understood, saw that the sandles were discounted on line and the difference was credited back to my account. When the sandles arrived they were the wrong color and they were too wide for my feet. I returned them as instructed, almost a month ago now. Fed Ex confirms they were received back to the store in Wisconsin about 3 weeks ago but the money has not been credited back to my account yet. I just spoke again with a supervisor who wasn't able to confirm receipt, yet Fed Ex clearly confirms this. I am a Nurse Practitioner working in a podiatrist's office. I can't even imagine my Senior patients having to deal with such mix ups. I will definitely warn them of the dishonest practice your company used of making an unauthorized charge amount to my credit card and the very poor customer service after when realizing how things went wrong. Dr Comfort shoes may be a good product but if the customer service is poor, you are best taking your business elsewhere. This was my first time ordering. I will never order again and I will be sure my patients understand the risks they take doing business with your company."

"For many years now I have been purchasing my shoes from an independent dealer that sells Dr. Comfort orthopedic shoes for my diabetes and hammertoes diagnosis. My shoes are ordered & fitted by a salesperson at the retailer located in my area. My only complaint is that the shoes take too long to receive. I now deal with "orthofeet"; for my orthopedic shoes and received in 2 days by Priority Mail via USPS! Thanks for reading this review and I hope this helps you too!"
