"I have had multiple instances where radiology and lab test results have not made it to their final destination. I have spent at least an hour on the phone trying to get answers out of someone. Then when I finally get result oh by the way you had an appointment yesterday. There is a major lack of communication and incompetent people working here. I have been going here for years and no longer trust them for my healthcare needs."

"I have been a patient at this office for a few years. When I first started going here I really liked my experience. Even when I had an ovarian cyst rupture last year, they got me in right away for a follow up exam. Over the last couple of years it seems like they have cycled through quite a few employees including their Nurse Practitioners. I have seen several come and go since I have been a patient. Anyway, I this is beside the point. I called last week to inquire about a prescription refill for birth control that my pharmacy sent to the office. Mind you, this office only wrote me a refill for one month at a time so I didn’t have a lot of time to waste, unless they are trying to get more pregnant women in their office. Since the person that originally wrote the prescription was no longer at the office, it had since been sent to another provider. Several days went by and my pharmacy had still not heard from this office, nor had I received a phone call asking to set up an appointment for another refill. I called first thing in the AM Friday and was told they would look into it. When I had not heard from them 4 hours later I called and they said they would call before they left for the day. It’s now Sunday night I haven’t had any contact from this office. Luckily, I got my medication within 3 hours directly from my pharmacy from a doctor through an app called HeyDoctor. No appointment necessary and less than my copay would have been had I gone to this office. Long story short; this office does prioritize patient needs unless you have an appointment. Don’t bother trying to do anything over the phone. You’re much better off seeking help through online means like Hey Doctor."

"I am surprised this place has even 3 stars. The "nurse practitioner" didn't even bother to tell me her name before blurting that my case was "not looking good" for me and my baby. She soon switched up after finding out that her OPINION was completely WRONG since she hadn't taken the time to double check the information she had. Not to mention she couldn't even apologize for sending me into such a fright. They held onto my labs for my baby for almost a full 2 days! I had to call my OB just to get them to release MY results to ME! The staff is so cold from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. This place is all about numbers and couldn't care less about your health for you or your baby if you're expecting. Please do not go here! Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE! The sensitivity is long gone in this staff. I can't believe this place is even open. I do not want this to get mixed up with Dr. Stanislaus. She is amazing! This is not the same office. It's in the same building area but not the same exact place."
