"I’ve been here twice. It’s been 4 months and I still reminisce on my time spent here. I’ve been to a psych ward in Sacramento and it is nothing compared to this one. The staff here for the most part generally cares for the patients. Thank you to all of the employees who helped me especially the chefs (cuz the food was great) and Bradley."

"I was a patient here and the staff are really nice but when it comes to the building itself it’s very old has carpet everywhere and it smells to be very honest . Only 1 shower room for all of the patients to shower in it didn’t seem like the whole building was being cleaned 24/7 like I’ve seen Sierra vista being cleaned all the time . The rooms are small and their was no groups or daily activities to be included in :( I was only there for about 3 days but the building definitely needs remodeling and shower room in every room like other psychiatric hospitals have"

"This facility should be closed down or someone needs to go in and fire all employees and rebuild it into the kind of facility that WANTS TO TREAT MENTAL HEALTH PATIENTS WHO ARE ALREADY STRUGGLING. Instead the people working here make things far worse. They aren't "helping" anyone. The staff is completely rude, abusive and they basically bully patients. Patients that arrive at this supposed "mental health facility" need calm, caring, and competent professionals. THIS IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND THE INDIVIDUALS WORKING HERE ARE GETTING PAID TO FURTHER MISTREAT PEOPLE THAT NEED HELP. SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THIS TO BE THE CASE!"

"This facility deserves a class action lawsuit, based on my own experiences and the other reviews I've been reading. They discharged my friend who is gravely disabled, and sent him in a taxi to a homeless shelter that didn't even have a bed available. He doesn't have ID, a jacket, a single penny to his name, and no place to stay. It is one of apparently many examples of flagrant negligence by case management, along with the entire staff. Absolutely inexcusable, irresponsible patient care."

"Have been sent here twice, both times the staff have been every respectful. They were very aware of how I was feeling. They checked in with me. When I was placed in a less then desirable unit they made sure I felt safe and secure. They also moved me as soon as a bed as available in the other unit. No, this isn't where I want to be and yes, place is my first choice if I ever need them again. Thank you for all you do."
