"Sadly, I am going to giving this nail salon 2 stars. In the past year or so I have seen this nail salon continuously decline in customer service and cleanliness. I call to schedule appointments ahead a time and upon arrival to my appointment I am asked to wait or reschedule for another night after showing up. This is very disappointing. I feel like this nail salon goes for quantity not quality or experience."
"I have been going here for a while now, and I've been happy every time. They have helped my friend find a better product to use for her lifestyle. Now her nails last longer. When I had someone else mess up my nails, they took me in as a walk in even tho they were short staffed did an amazing job and made sure I wouldn't have to have to have another brand new set saving me money. Best place I have gone to. Am so happy to see the place looking nicer as well."
"My nail technician Diane recently acquired this shop, I have been going to her for years at the other shops she has worked at and there is NO ONE else I would rather do my nails. Her work is second to none.. In the 7+ years I've been having her do my nails they have always held up great....never broke, she takes her time but is still efficient. She is more then capable of any shape and design...she is very good at what she does. When I book an appointment she is always ready when I come, there has only been a handful of times I have had to wait maybe 10mins past my appointment time as she was finishing another client which happens. I don't know about the other technicians in the shop as DIANE is the only one I've had do my nails but I definitely recommend her"
