"Heels not done well for pedicure and toenails not done straight. Had acrylic fill but they failed to fix cuticles even though I specifically mentioned that the last place I went to failed to do them too. Nail polish wasn't completely covering the nails but seems to be careful problem at most salons. Staff was really nice but couldn't hear them because of soft voices and masks."
"I went in for a dip manicure. The technician PEELED off my existing dip (didn’t soak them off) and then ended up doing a rushed job and nicked two of my fingers which both bled. She apologized, but also laughed and said I had sensitive skin. The files looked previously used, not new or sanitized - not pleased especially after being cut. I was not happy with the service at all. Please don’t go here."
"i had kim as a technician. she is so lovely to work with! she was gentle with my hands, and really thorough about acrylic and paint application. she didn't skip nail prep, and was upfront about pricing. she also offered great advice for nail shape and color and to do any repairs if my nails broke without charge. my hands have always been an insecurity of mine and she made me feel a lot better about them. "
