"I was skeptical at the beginning because of my last experience, but recently everything has changed. The staff members were good, and I had quality assistance. I recommend you."

"I was taken to St. Rose Hospital because I was stricken with kidney and bladder infections. The ER Staff was very nice and accommodating. They rapidly diagnosed my problem within approximately an hour. I was admitted that very night. My stay there was very satisfying because most of the hospital staff were caring and polite."

"They don’t care about patients at all. We came early for our appointment 2 hour’s because we live very far and had some other appointments which before this appointment, and we told them why do we come early. The registration was nice and took us to the waiting room and asked the people who sit in the “Cardiology Office” ask for our EEG test and told the department why do we come early. The people who sit in the “ Cardiology Office” Did Not talk to us anything and let us just wait more than 2 hours. They could let us know they will still let us started out test in regular time then we could go somewhere to eat our lunch. And during the waiting time, only 1 or 2 patients come. They just sat in their office without telling us anything. We are patients and 73 years old. We wait and wait more than 2 hours. We didn’t eat any thing and they didn’t even come see us passed our appointment time. We are very disappointed with the less communication and less empathetic."

"I came in with a third degree burn, in an Extreme amount of pain, to the point of crying and not being able to walk. I was first in line, and sat in the waiting room for at least half an hour, before going up to the check in and asking for the wait time- letting them know I was about to lose consciousness from pain. The nurse said "we'll be with you soon, just wait" but I couldn't walk back to my seat from the pain, which is when she came to finally check on me. I was admitted and given a bed, and had a heart monitor put on. One nurse gave me a cold compress for my burn. That was All the care I received- nothing else, over two hours. I went into shock- could barely stay conscious- and alerted a nurse- and they still did nothing. I absolutely do not recommend them- if I hadn't had medical training myself, gone home and handled it, I would still be in danger. Very negligent health care, that should not continue."
