Greeted warmly by Fred who went through what was scheduled to be performed and an estimated cost and wait time. Found the truck to be misaligned (no surprise) and showed me the data sheet and confirmed the repair. Final bill was actually slightly less than quoted. Everything was done professionally and I couldn't have been treated better."

"Recently had a recall on my Tundra. Kolosso has really stepped up their game if this experience is representative of how they are doing business. Scheduling was convenient and professional. I received shuttles to my home and back which was very appreciated. Work was completed in a timely manner and communicated promptly. I received a video via email from the tech showing the view he saw as he began his work. Nice touch. Upon arrival, my truck was parked right outside the door all washed up ready to go!!! Nice job. Keep that level of service up."
