"If i could give this hospital negative stars i would, spent 8 hours in the ER only to be told they didn’t know what was wrong with me (left in pain). And don’t expect any sort of bedside manners, nonexistent. Also if you are black, just go somewhere else, everyone black was either in handcuffs or being ignored."

"This place is so outdated. Everything looks old. The security measures are random at best. We were told they don't allow anyone to wait in the Labor and Delivery waiting room. Once we get up there there are lots of people waiting in the waiting room. No one there is on the same page. There were nurses huddled in every corner just loudly chatting. This is a weird place."

"I had mix feeling about going to this facilities since my dad who took care of a homeless guy who went to to church with him. Medical gets a bad rep when it comes to “free” healthcare. But now, I’m glad Medical and this facility at least available. Compared to Kaiser, I have rarely paid for anything, except for eyedrops oddly. The same med and care could cost 200 or insane amounts at Kaiser. The basic care is probably the best I’ve had so far. My parents were surprised how thorough and free it is. You get to talk to your doctors. Free scans, etc. I don’t understand why America can’t provide just free basic healthcare. I even get some surgery removal for free. There are a few caveats sometimes. Sometimes they make a mistake and they keep rescheduling me. Sometimes there is a month out waiting times for certain things and wait can be a long time, but the wait in hindsite aren’t too bad for me. One peeve I have to say is the online message system in my chart. Tried to tell my doctor that John Muir has documentation that I have Asperger’s and I was told all my life I had adhd and taking Ritlan for it. Instead of referring me to a psychiatrist to get reevaluated, she say “I can’t change previous documents, I’m sorry.” The chat closes and I can’t reply directly. Sometimes a simple answer goes “you need an appointment”. It feel rude rude rude. I feel the doctor needs to learn how to answer questions better. Ive had also this persistent cough, that has not gone away, and I visited 5 times insistent it’s asthma or gerd, and I’ve told them consistently this is not something I’ve had at all until recently. Overall it has good basic care for anyone wanting to get things done free with medical and miles better than what Kaiser does."

"I’ve had great experience overall with this hospital. However, down in Labs in Building 1, there are a couple rude staff. I’ve had another similar encounter 1 year ago. The front desk lady in the first window was rude in instructing me where to place my ‘ specimen’. I believe others have commented about this as well and I do have to agree. Really really uncalled for it was ridiculous to have an attitude because I placed my urine sample in the wrong location when there is no specific instructions on where exactly to put it. It’s not anyone’s fault but theirs to be honest. Do better."

"I brought my 8m old daughter in to the ER because she accidentally rolled off the bed and hurt her arm. So i came here to make sure she was ok and they made we wait 7 plus hours to tell me she was fine and that they reported me to CPS for suspicion on abuse..... crazy right I wish i there was a negative 1 star!"
