"Awful never open can't make a reservation online cause every date is unavailable! Grand casino has really went down in service, cleanliness, no real food anywhere except the grill but there is like 5 options on the menu"
"Just called to see on pricing for massages and the lady that answered was rude and kept referring me to the site which doesn’t tell me much and kept reminding me we are short staffed like I was gonna be a burden on them. I don’t recommend because you might get the same treatment I did."
"We arrived at Grand Casino Hinckley on Friday March 6th for a girls weekend which we’ve done for the last few years. I booked 90 Minute massages in January 21st for 3 of us for Saturday March 7th at 9:30am. I was told we’d have 2 Female and 1 male giving the massages. When we arrived 10 minutes early for our appointments, we were told there wasn’t anything booked for us and they had nothing available that day, however she had 2 avail spots for Sunday afternoon at 3pm. There was no apology for their booking error, she did state we could have a day pass to use the other facilities such as the whirlpool, steam room etc. which we never use and as I stated to the person at the desk “ we made massage appointments that’s why we are here. Again no apology as she brushed us off and she again offered a “pass” to use the other facilities. She did ask for my cell phone number, she stated she’d look at the call logs but Im still not sure why and I’ve not heard from her or anyone else . Past experiences at the spa have been positive, that’s why we drive up from Minneapolis for our spa weekend and get massages. This was very disappointing and the customer service was subpar to say the least and I would expect more. Future girls spa/massages will take place elsewhere in the future."
"Amazing customer service accompanied by great atmosphere and an exceptional massage therapist. I went to Cassie and she applied the perfect pressure, and made me feel extremely calm and relaxed. I will be a returning customer no doubt! Just wish I lived closer."
"This is a beautiful Spa. Relaxing atmosphere, complementary snack, coffee and water. My mom and I received Pedicures from Cheryl. She did a fabulous job, and was very professional. Make sure to check out the steam shower."
